Culver Public Relations managed public relations strategic planning; media materials development and outreach; social media planning, execution and management; event planning, management and execution; branding and website development for 1401 Elm, a 52-story, 1.5 million square foot skyscraper redevelopment in Downtown Dallas.

93 local, regional, national and international print, online and broadcast placements were garnered from May 2016 to October 2017 with 150,449,103 audience impressions. There have been 39 placements during 2018 with 71,399,204 audience impressions as the project waited for final construction financing and was sold to a new developer.

The Culver team was responsible for the following elements for the 1401 Elm project:

  • Managed the development of the project Brand Essence Guide
  • Managed the design and development of the project website
  • Managed the creation of the project logo
  • Planned and executed four large hard hat tours and events for investors and potential investors
  • Submitted award nominations to relevant media outlets resulting as a finalist for Best Renovation with D CEO magazine’s Commercial Real Estate Awards before the project completes and winning Dallas Business Journal’s Rehab/Reuse Best Real Estate Deal in 2017.
  • Introduced numerous potential investors, project vendors and city personnel to the project ownership team
