Culver Public Relations currently plans and manages the public relations strategy, media relations outreach and execution and social media for The Union Dallas. The 800,000 square foot mixed-use development in Uptown is scheduled to open in 2018. Culver Public Relations developed the Public Relations Plan and Stakeholder Strategy Plan to build awareness for the Phoenix-based developer and the project. Additionally, we wrote lease announcements and strategized timing and placement of stories in media outlets and created all media materials, an image library and fact sheets to create digital and printed press kits. The Culver Public Relations team developed event ideas and an event outreach plan for the building’s groundbreaking event. During the event, the Culver Public Relations team staffed the event and managed logistics and all media relations announcing the event.
