Allison Chaney is a storyteller with a goal of creating a conversation and change in the way people think, view and interact with a brand. Allison brings big city agency experience with her from New York and also worked in public relations for a global architecture firm. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University where she earned her degree in Communications and a minor in Public Relations. She also studied Spanish in Spain. Known for her strong writing skills, her experience encompasses different aspects of strategic communication.
While in New York, Allison became adept at managing different Client goals and difficult deadlines while she provided assistance with movie premiere and screening events. She also sharpened her social media skills while she managed Instagram, Twitter and Facebook for various film projects. In the marketing department of an architecture firm she wrote project press releases, announcements and blog posts for the firm’s website and marketing purposes; wrote articles for external design publications and wrote, edited and managed text for award descriptions, marketing collateral, employee presentations, executive bios and more.
At Culver Public Relations, Allison manages strategic public relations, social media plans and activities for many clients including writing press releases, media advisories, media relations and event oversight. She puts the big “D” in detail for project management.
